1.  To check if the Slurry Pump Company have Chinese name and Chinese website?

 Usually for the slurry pump factory, they should have china home business , so         they have Chinese name and website.

   If the Slurry Pump Company do not have the web and site, They must be trader.

2. Visit Slurry Pump factory With one Chinese friend.

   Actually, real slurry pump factory not much . most is trader or just have a assembly   workshop.

   Because you do not know Chinese, so , they likely bring you to the other factory. If you bring one Chinese friend, then it can help you to know this factory . Our Factory is at Shijiazhuang City, Hebei , China , welcome you to visit our factory.

3. To see the workshop.

    The main slurry pump factory workshop include Foundry workshop, Machining , assembly workshop.

4. To see if the factory professional or not.

If one slurry pump factory is not professional and there is no one technician, just give it up. Because when you meet some trouble in using the pump ,  you can not get good solution.

5 . To see if the slurry pump supplier have a complete quality control system.

 Usually , the test include , water pressure test ,  hardness test , and chemical component Analysis.

For us , each pump parts , we will make mark , and record which pump the parts used in . so that when there is question, we can find it easy.

For water pressure test , usually keeping the water pressure at 0.8MPA for 10 min.

Hardness more than 58 HRC

Chemical component analysis , we have advance spectrometers to test the chemical component more accurate.

6, Price is important , quality is more important

  

   The price for slurry pump can not be differ too much ,  Do not see the the slurry pump just the metal , they looks same quality. But why some factory can give you much cheap price.

6.1   The raw material is not same.  All company say their material is high chrome alloy Cr27. But some factory , Maybe they use waste steel as the material , there will contains some impurity in the parts which cause the parts not very abrasive. Our material is purity steel 20cr-Mo-Ni , the parts will be more abrasive.

6.2   Some slurry pump factory use the defect parts , maybe the parts have sand hole, and they painted it  and you can not find it .  (it is told by one Malaysia customer who meet such experience).

6.3   Like the bearing , plate , mechanical seal , as slurry pump factory do not produce these , they need purchase from manufacture , their price is also different as the quality reason.   Our Factory always try to equip the first-class parts .

Quality always comes first for us. We would rather no order than using the bad quality.
