Itdoesn't need any adjustments at the time of installation. 2, Open the outer packing of the mechanical seal. Check the parts is complete or not according to the packing list. 3,Wipe all the parts clean. 4, The mechanical seal already pass rigorous testing when leaving factory. Prohibiting disassembly! Knock on any part is prohibited when installation! 5, Daub clean lubricant on the visible rubber ring of the mechanical seal. 6, Connect the mechanical seal with sealing box uniformly and fixedly. 7, Install the sealing box and sealing components on pump shaft(sleeve) and tighten up the impeller. 8, Fasten uniformly the locking ring to pump shaft sleeve and remove down position plate. 9, Turn the impeller with hand.
