Structural features:
   1. Single end, integral assembly type, can rotate in both directions, not affected by pump shaft adjustment;
   2. The axial dimension of the integral part should be larger than the installation size so that the positioning block can be easily removed when loading;
    3. Before starting the equipment, the flushing water should be turn on first. Do not let the oil seal be in dry friction state. The water pressure should not be too large. (≤0.08 MPa)；
   4.The mechanical seal is completely in the medium and has strong anti-blocking ability, which is suitable for high concentration working conditions;   
 5. The material of the friction pair is L-pad embedded with hard alloy, silicon carbide, which can be operated for a long time under high temperature medium. Different friction pairs can be selected according to different media to ensure its long-term use effect.
Scope of Application：
   Medium: solid particles and crystalline fluids such as alumina slurry, limestone, gypsum slurry, beneficiation slurry, coal washing slurry;
Technique Requirement

1. Medium Concentration : 40% Pressure 0～1.2Mpa ,Temperature ≤120℃

2. Sealed end face average linear velocity: ≤10 m/s

3. Mechanical seal installation direction, must ensure that one pipe joint is vertically downward

4.After the mechanical seal is installed and fixed, the positioning plate must be removed first, After tightening, and then it can be turned on

5. Operating procedure: First Starting Sealing Water, then turn on the machine, stop machine first, then stop the shaft sealing water, shaft sealing water pressure 0.05～0.1Mpa
