ZHJ High Pressure Washing Water Single Mechanical Seal
INSTALLATATION AND OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1, The ZHJ series is Single Cartridge Mechanical Seals with bidirectional rotation. Itdoesn't need any adjustments at the time of installation.
2, Open the outer packing of the mechanical seal. Check the parts is complete or not according to the packing list.
3,Wipe all the parts clean.
4, The mechanical seal already pass rigorous testing when leaving factory. Prohibiting disassembly! Knock on any part is prohibited when installation!
5, Daub clean lubricant on the visible rubber ring of the mechanical seal. 6, Connect the mechanical seal with sealing box uniformly and fixedly.
7, Install the sealing box and sealing components on pump shaft(sleeve) and tighten up the impeller.
8, Fasten uniformly the locking ring to pump shaft sleeve and remove down position plate.
9, Turn the impeller with hand. Feel the force and rotating freely without clamping stagnation, noise or other abnormal phenomenon.
10, If adjust the impeller clearance. The position plate should be clamped into limiting groove again and loosen the lock ring screw, then adjust the pump adjustment bolt below bearing rotor components to satisfying impeller clearance, then repeat above 7th action.
11, Install cooling water pipe. Do not narrow the pipe diameter. If any questions please contact the supplier.
12, Open cooling water first before starting the pump. The pressure of washing water is higher 0.1 MPa than the pressure of pump discharge.
13.Keep the cooling water flowing 3 minutes after stopping the pump. 14, Please operate strictly in accordance with the above instruction！
